As explained in a previous post , this photo is part of a series of photos taken a while ago that I am now just reprocessing.

This picture was taking in Cambridge, MA: may 2006. You're looking at an origami ball hung from one of the "nightmarket" stands of the MIT Association of Taiwanese Students' (ATS) event: Strait to Taiwan. The event, held at MIT's Stata center, transforms the student lobby into a taiwanese day/nightmarket, introducing food and culture into busy student life.
