bake the cookies for 10 minutes or until golden brown and then start matching them up. the unfortunate thing about using the flimsy DIY cookie cutters is that they're not always identical. i've found rolling out the dough and freezing them between two sheets of wax paper then cutting them make it a lot easier. if you don't have a rolling pin, you can always fill a wine bottle with water and use that as a substitute pin.
The pattern made for a nice image. They look good. Will we see them finished?
